1. Who is responsible

Egypt Royal Holidays, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt (see Imprint) is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

2. What data we process

• Server logs: when you visit the site, our server temporarily records technical data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
• Enquiry form: if you send us an enquiry, we process the details you enter — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of guests and your message — to answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we process your number and the content of your messages to reply. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta; please also note their privacy policy.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website uses one strictly necessary cookie, “rh_lang”, which remembers your preferred language for one year so we can show you the right version of the site. It contains no personal data. Admin users also receive a technically necessary login cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Should this change, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

4. Sharing of data

We share your data only where needed to deliver your trip — for example with the hotel, transfer company or excursion provider you have chosen — or where we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Storage period

Enquiry data is stored for as long as needed to process your request and for any legal retention periods, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us via the details in the Imprint.
